1 Definitions and Introduction
In this document, "btk11", "platform", "we" or "our" refers to the btk11.lat website and all services operated under it. "User", "member", "you" or "your" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.
btk11 is an online betting and casino platform that provides various entertainment, sports, and gaming services for Bangladeshi users. The platform operates with SSL encryption and a fair play policy.
2 Eligibility and Age Requirements
The following conditions must be met to open an account and use any service on the btk11 platform:
- Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. Only persons aged 21 and above may use this platform.
- Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
- One account: Only one account is permitted per person. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Password and Login Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to us immediately. btk11 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
btk11 reserves the right to verify your identity when required. Failure to provide the necessary documents upon a verification request may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on btk11 is ৳500. Deposits must be made through the accepted payment methods.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. The same minimum deposit applies for each method. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- btk11 reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold for review in the case of unusual transactions.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
It is entirely the user's responsibility to provide the correct account number and information at the time of a transaction. btk11 is not responsible for any financial loss caused by incorrect information.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on btk11 are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined total of the deposit and bonus).
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled.
- btk11 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- In any dispute regarding bonuses, btk11's decision will be considered final.
6 VIP Program
The btk11 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
You can progress from one tier to the next through regular active participation. Cashback for each tier is paid on a weekly basis. btk11 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP membership.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btk11 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Acting with the intent to abuse the bonus system or promotions.
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using any software, bots, or automated methods.
- Coordinating bets with other users, or engaging in collaborative match fixing or other dishonest tactics.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
- Attempting to damage the platform's security or technical systems.
- Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.
For any violation of these prohibitions, btk11 may suspend or cancel the account and forfeit the associated funds.
8 Betting and Gaming Rules
8.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
btk11 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. Any bet may be cancelled due to a technical error or unusual circumstances, in which case the stake will be refunded.
8.2 Misconduct and Fraud
If any form of fraud, misconduct, or attempt to exploit the system is detected, the associated winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.
8.3 Market and Odds Changes
btk11 reserves the right to change betting markets or odds at any time. If odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the bet will be settled at the confirmed odds.
9 Privacy and Data Protection

All your transactions and personal information are kept secure through SSL encryption technology. Your information is not sold or transferred to third parties, however it may be provided to the relevant authorities where required by law.
10 Limitation of Liability
btk11 bears no liability in the following circumstances:
- Loss of any bet due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
- Any loss caused by problems with the user's device or software.
- Delays in transactions due to disruption in a third-party payment provider's service.
- Financial loss resulting from the user's own error.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, and similar circumstances.
In any circumstance, btk11's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team as a first step. We will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
If the matter is not resolved through customer support, it will be escalated for higher-level review. All decisions made by btk11 will be considered final.
15 Changes to Terms
btk11 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
Continuing to use the platform after a change has been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is therefore recommended that you review the latest terms regularly.
16 Miscellaneous Provisions
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
